ABOUT PROJECT JASMINE
Running a business is tough. Project Jasmine makes it easier.
Since 2015, Project Jasmine's operational help and support has given business owners and staff more time to focus on what they're actually good at. The results? Improved productivity, more efficiency and an enviable work/life balance.
What is Project Jasmine?
Project Jasmine is your dedicated team of Operational Management experts. We handle tasks like Financial Management, Human Resources, Recruitment, Board Management, Risk Analysis, Business Planning, Legal, IT, Administration and Organisational Development so you don't have to.
These tasks are all essential parts of running a successful business. But most people don't start a business because they want to spend hours doing them.
It takes time to learn how to do these little jobs properly, and even longer to learn how to do them well. And, after spending time on training, you need to actually do the work – which can be time-consuming and distracting in itself.
Wouldn't it be better if you and your team could focus on what you're actually good at?
This is where Project Jasmine comes in. With years of experience behind us, we know exactly how to do all of these tricky tasks to a high standard. As well as helping to run your business, we can also offer support when it's time to take it to the next level.
Who needs a whole in-house team when you have Project Jasmine in your corner?
Meet the founder
With a lengthy background as an Operations Director, Sally Lloyd launched Project Jasmine in 2015. Her goal is to offer businesses the support they don't even know they need. An experienced innovator, she has a proven track record of providing Operational Management and Executive Support across a wide and varied range of industries. She's assisted in the successful running of companies including online education specialists #ENTRYLEVELBOSS, investment platform ShareIn and technology incubator CodeBase. Currently she manages a small but select group of start-ups, enterprises and women-owned businesses as the head of Project Jasmine.
Sally is passionate about inclusivity, diversity, and intersectionality. She likes to have all her ducks in a row, but also to listen and respond to their distinctive quacks, so to speak. Her understanding of the neurodiverse workforce makes her especially suited to dealing with HR issues like designing inclusive hiring processes, having sensitive conversations with underperforming employees, and figuring out which tasks that neurodiverse CEOs need to undertake, or delegate, to perform at their best.
Project Jasmine’s origin story
Project Jasmine began in 2015, when Sally’s best friend had a daughter called Jasmine. Sally thought about the world that Jasmine was being born into, the life she was going to lead, and decided then and there that things could - and should - be better for her. On one level, Project Jasmine is dedicated to Jasmine, but on another, Project Jasmine is for all women and non-binary people who are making their voices heard in a world not designed and built for them to thrive. Project Jasmine aims to change this one step at a time, doing business in the most ethical way we know how.
